Report outdated information
A family standing in the wrong office is a better dead-link detector than any crawler we can build. If something here is wrong, telling us fixes it for everyone behind you.
What happens to it
It goes into a queue and gets checked against the official source. A confirmed error means the record is suppressed until it is corrected, rather than quietly edited underneath you. Reports about dead application links, wrong phone numbers and changed eligibility thresholds are worked first, because those are the ones that waste a journey.
